Where exercise meets science
Strength and Conditioning
Train smarter, not harder
Science is the key to building strength, that’s why we’ve invested 30 years into developing the Kieser method, it’s why we employ the most trained and highest qualified staff, and use cutting edge equipment in our centres.
Our staff of physiotherapists and exercise scientists are passionate and proud, and bring that knowledge to their clients in order to achieve the best results.
Our Swiss engineered equipment is scientifically designed to dispense exact levels of resistance to precisely focused muscle groups in order to strengthen them.
Our equipment ensures that all exercises are done correctly and safely from the start, subjecting muscles to an appropriate load throughout the range of movement. They also allow us to distinguish between real and pseudo progress while measuring and recording your improvement.
And because efficient training requires concentration, Kieser’s unique centres are specifically designed to create a non-distracting, non-intimidating environment.
With concentrated training at Kieser you can strengthen your entire body with as little as two 30-minute sessions per week.
